A flat rate is charged on the initial design service, and a flat hourly rate on most of our additional services (such as editing content). In addition to Web designing, we can also help you set up an online eNewsletter or Blog to match the look and feel of your site. Every project is performed in a professional and timely manner. Depending on the scope of the project, often times your site can be up and running within two weeks, or less.

The Website Maintenance Packages are on a simple month-to-month basis; No long term contracts to sign. At the end of the 30 day period you are not obligated to sign up for another package. This means that you only pay when you are ready to have work done on your site. Your month begins when you select your package and ends 30 days later. Any additional hours during your 30-days will be charged on an hourly basis (billable in 15 minute increments) at your current package's rate.
When the time comes for you to make additional changes to your site, you will have had such a great experience working with us that you will sign up for another package.
The benefit of selecting a maintenance package is that our hourly rate for Un-contracted maintenance is $90.00/hour, but with the maintenance packages that rate is greatly discounted. In addition, contracted maintenance is typically completed within 24-48 hours.; Contact us for further information. Or, if you're reading to make a few updates to your site now, or need your site to be optimized for the search engines, you can order your maintenance package right here, right now!Newsletter Setup: HTML-based email newsletter. We use Constant Contact for our newsletter setup, which is an "opt in" eNewsletter, and can either custom design the template to match your Website (additional charge), or use one of their ready-made templates (standard fee). Prices include installing the subscription box on your Website and setting up the welcome letter to your subscribers. Note: If you will be sending out a newsletter, this should be decided upon at the start of the planning session so that space can be provided for in the Web design. Additional charges will be applied if we install the subscription box on all pages of your Website after the final design approval. Cost for installing subscription boxes on existing Websites depends on how many pages we will need to redesign and/or code.
Cost includes training in the mechanics of your email newsletter program. You will be shown how to access your email administration area, set up your newsletter and send out your email. We can also set up a print Newsletter for you.
Setup costs: $250. This includes installing the blog, designing the template to match your Website, and one hour of instruction on how to use your blog. We can set up the blog for you, and change the design of the existing template. However we do not offer any technical support for the blog software.
Blogs can also be used as a Content Management System, such as was done with Health Crunchies.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Meta-tags: Included with all new Web designs. Cost for SEO on an existing Website depends on the scope of the project.
Will we "submit your site to hundreds of search engines every week?" In a word; No. You don't need to be submitted to hundreds of search engines; Especially the dozens no one has ever heard of, or ever used. Or worse yet, end up having top rankings in the porn engines. You only need the ones that matter such as Google, Yahoo, MSN and ASK. Once your site is indexed by the search engines, it stays there. You don't need to keep resubmitting. Of course, it may float around as algorithms change, but it isn't going to fall out of the index. We don't try to play games with the search engines, and we know what it takes to get rankings the honest way.
In addition to making sure all meta tags and keywords are in their proper place, and used to your best advantage, analytics can be set up on each page so that you can track your top content, top keywords and phrases, geographical location of your visitors, your ad campaigns, and more.
Do you have an audio file that needs some post-production editing? We can remove background noise, edit out any unnecessary chit-chat, adjust the volume, change the pitch of your voice, and repair most damage done during recording. However, since this is "post-production" work, we can't make any guarantees that it will be perfect... just that it will be a lot better!
A word about Flash Sites ...
Flash and multimedia development is time consuming and costly. If you feel this is essential to your site, we can do it. An estimated cost for a professionally designed custom Flash/Multimedia site can run from $3,500 to $40,000 (and more!), and take anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 months to complete. Once done, Flash sites are not easy to maintain, or update... especially if the original designer is no longer available. This estimated cost does not include the HTML and CSS part of your site, or any other graphics and scripts that need to be done.
As opposed to having the entire site designed in Flash (which is not WAI compliant), an option would be to have a few Flash elements on your site; Photo Gallery, Sideshow, floating/moving text, or a text scroll box.
