monthly web maintenance These Website Maintenance packages are on a simple month-to-month basis; No long term contracts to sign.  At the end of the 30 day period you are not obligated to sign up for another month, or another package. This means that you're not locked in and paying for months of non-existent web maintenance.

Simply pay when you are ready to place a work order.  Your month begins when you select your package and ends 30 days later. Any additional hours during your 30-days will be charged on an hourly basis (billable in 15 minute increments) at your current package's hourly rate.

The benefit of selecting a maintenance package is that our hourly rate for Un-contracted maintenance is $90.00/hour, but with the maintenance packages that rate is greatly reduced. In addition, contracted maintenance is typically completed within 24-48 hours, depending on what needs to be done.

 

How to Order your Maintenance Package:

  1. Select and pre-pay (by check or with credit or debit card) for the maintenance package that best suits their needs. We offer 2, 4, 8, 12, & 16 hours-per-month maintenance packages. If you're not sure which Plan you need, call and we'll give you an idea as to which one will best fit your needs based on amount of work to be done.
  2. The hours of work in each maintenance package are to be used within a period of 30 days from the start date. (Unused time does not carry over into another 30 day period.)  Additional time above the selected package rate is billable in increments of 15 minutes.
  3. Send us an email (which serves as written proof of the Work Order for our records) listing the site changes. Or call and we can take your changes over the phone, then email you with verification of the changes discussed on the phone; To be sure. If you don't already have one, a copy of the maintenance agreement (which outlines what is, and what is not, covered in "maintenance") will be emailed to you as a PDF file.
  4. Your Work Order is placed in queue. Updates are made and posted live on your site, or depending on the scope of the project, at a temporary page for review.
