The vast majority of Websites simply do not communicate or sell to your customers the same way a real person can. Lets face it, who (other than search engines) really wants to read a ton of text? Video speaks directly to your visitors; to welcome them to your site, to show why your company is so great, or why they should use your services/products.

Video is quick, entertaining, and to the point. It introduces your company to potential clients, puts a face to a product or service, and establishes trust. It’s a fact that people retain and understand more when they see and hear the message.

We can integrate this video technology into your existing site or you can choose to have us completely re-design your website for a whole new updated look and feel. You can use different actors for different pages or even combine two people for one page next to each other. >> Read more. . .

SEO

Remember when stuffing a bunch of keywords on a page was the best way to get Web traffic? Well, those days are long gone. Now you need the right keyword phrases, placed on the right pages, and in the right order. Effective search engine optimization (SEO) can drive new visitors to your site, but you better make sure that they find exactly what they're looking for the second they click on that link or they will be off your site in about a nanosecond. Smart SEO copywriting tactics are a must these days, which means that if writing content is not your forté, hire a professional.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Meta-tags: Included with all new Web designs. Cost for SEO on an existing Website depends on the scope of the project.

Will we "submit your site to hundreds of search engines every week?" In a word; No. You don't need to be submitted to hundreds of search engines; Especially the dozens no one has ever heard of, or ever used. Or worse yet, end up having top rankings in the porn engines. You only need the ones that matter such as Google, Yahoo, MSN and ASK. Once your site is indexed by the search engines, it stays there. You don't need to keep resubmitting. Of course, it may float around as algorithms change, but it isn't going to fall out of the index. We don't try to play games with the search engines, and we know what it takes to get rankings the honest way.

In addition to making sure all meta tags and keywords are in their proper place, and used to your best advantage, analytics can be set up on each page (on request) so that you can track your top content, top keywords and phrases, geographical location of your visitors, your ad campaigns, and more, all through Google Analytics.

NOTE: Due to the day-to-day fluctuations with search engine algorithms we make no claims or promises in regard to search engines and search engine placement and position.

Regardless of the type of business you run, you have information that can contribute to the education of the marketplace. The question you need to ask yourself is, "How can I get that information out there?" If you would like to add short bits of information, or keep your clients up to date on a regular basis, adding a simple blog to your Website could, over time, generate significant traffic, additional credibility, and ultimately new customers. Make a decision to dedicate at least 45 minutes a day (or every other day) online, posting meaningful comments, providing answers to frequently asked questions, or posting industry news. Positioning yourself as an authority in your industry will drive solid traffic to your blog or Website. It's also a good idea to post on other topic-related message boards and/or blogs, providing a link back to your Website. By posting elsewhere on the Net, over time, you could develop an expert's reputation within your niche community while at the same time you're providing links back to your site (which makes excellent "spider food" for the search engines).

Most blogs can be designed to match the look and feel of your Website. Blogs can be interactive; it allows readers to post comments on your articles and posts, if you so desire.

Setup costs: $250. This includes installing the blog, designing the template to match your Website, and one hour of instruction on how to use your blog. We can set up the blog for you, and change the design of the existing template. However we do not offer any technical support for the blog software. Our blog of choice is WordPress.

Blogs can also be used as a Content Management System. CLICK HERE TO VIEW OUR SAMPLE. This layout is ideal for a Real Estate agent. Another example of a WordPress blog that was redesigned and set up to be the main Website: WhatsYourThought.com. Also, Gold Coast Flood & Mold Specialists recently added a blog to their site.

Anyone who runs a business has something important to say to his or her clients. Whether it's about your products or services, or even tips on how best to use your products or services. Using your Website, or an eNewsletter, provides you the opportunity to help your customers make better buying decisions, but also for you to earn additional credibility that could directly lead to future business.

Online content, in all of its various forms, is causing marketing and PR to come together in ways that don't really exist offline. Unfortunately, many small and independent business owners have the misconception that online content such as blogs and news releases are only useful tools for large companies and Web-based firms. When people search the Internet for information, or products, content is the same regardless of how it is presented, so don't worry if there's no room in your budget for the latest Flash techniques. Moreover, it is content that drives action.

Newsletter Setup: HTML-based email newsletter. We use Constant Contact for our newsletter setup, which is an "opt in" eNewsletter, and can either custom design the template to match your Website (additional charge), or use one of their ready-made templates (standard fee). Prices include installing the subscription box on your Website and setting up the welcome letter to your subscribers. Note: If you will be sending out a newsletter, this should be decided upon at the start of the planning session so that space can be provided for in the Web design. Additional charges will be applied if we install the subscription box on all pages of your Website after the final design approval. Cost for installing subscription boxes on existing Websites depends on how many pages we will need to redesign and/or code.

Cost includes training in the mechanics of your email newsletter program. You will be shown how to access your email administration area, set up your newsletter and send out your email. We can also set up a print Newsletter for you.

Remember when stuffing a bunch of keywords on a page was the best way to get search rankings? Well, those days are long gone. In fact, search engines now frown upon such tactics.

With your keyword phrases in mind check to see if you're on message, on target, and providing your visitors with the exact information that they're looking for -- the reason they clicked on the link that brought them to your site. The main keyword phrases should be in all the Meta tags, and of more import, they need to be in your content, and in order or relevance.

Optimize a page for two or three search phrases, not dozens of them, and start with longer search strings, as opposed to singular words. Think of how you would Google something; how PEOPLE use search engines, and which keyword phrases they might use to find you. A lot of people tend to make the mistake of writing for search engines, as opposed to writing for the people doing the searching.

You don't need to spend a lot of time optimizing every page of your site. There are SEO best practices that you can apply to all pages, but you'll want to focus on the select few pages that bring in the most visitors to your site. (Note: If you're not using Google Analytics on your site, you should be... and if you have to ask, "What's that?" chances are it's not on your site.)
Some of the pages you target for optimization may not necessarily be the top pages in your site architecture. The important thing is to make sure that your pages are highly relevant for some very specific search phrases.

What if you have no content on your site (i.e. Photographers and Florists)? Then you need to create a Landing Page, either on or off your site. If you're using a Pay-Per-Click advertising campaign, then you may want the landing page off the site for tracking purposes. Either way, apply the same SEO strategies to your landing page, and be sure to include a very specific call to action.

A word about Flash Sites ...

Flash and multimedia development is time consuming and costly. If you feel this is essential to your site, we can do it. An estimated cost for a professionally designed custom Flash/Multimedia site can run from $3,500 to $40,000 (and more!), and take anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 months to complete. Once done, Flash sites are not easy to maintain, or update... especially if the original designer is no longer available. This estimated cost does not include the HTML and CSS part of your site, or any other graphics and scripts that need to be done.

As opposed to having the entire site designed in Flash (which is not WAI compliant, or search engine friendly), an option would be to have a few Flash elements on your site; Photo Gallery, Sideshow, floating/moving text, or a text scroll box.

A complete marketing package ...

Often times small business owners will know they want a Website (either because their competitors have one, or because they want more business), yet they don't really know how to get what they want without spending thousands of dollars and too-many-weeks to get it. We are here to help you simplify the process, without going over your budget. Our forté is, of course, designing and launching Websites. However, we can also easily help you put together a complete marketing package for your business:

• Newsletters (email and/or print)
• Brochures, Business cards, etc.
• Company Logo
• Media Packages
